The support your systems demand.

We design, program and commission the control systems that run production — PLC logic, HMI screens, SCADA architecture and the field instrumentation feeding them. The panel below is a working example. Start a pump and watch the loop respond.

Capabilities

What we build

Fifteen years of field-tested work across production, midstream and water handling. We take the system from concept through startup and stay reachable after handoff.

CONTROL LOGIC

PLC programming

Ground-up programs and modifications to existing code. Structured, documented and written so the next person can read it.

INTERFACE

HMI development

Screens built around how the operator actually runs the unit — clear states, meaningful alarms, no guessing at what a color means.

SUPERVISORY

SCADA architecture

Tag databases, polling, historians and reporting. Designed to scale as you add sites instead of being rebuilt every time.

FIELD

Instrumentation

Transmitter and analyzer setup, loop checks, calibration and signal troubleshooting from the sensor to the controller.

HARDWARE

Control panels

Panel layout, I/O and network drawings, and coordination with the build so what shows up on site matches the print.

TURNOVER

Startup & commissioning

Point-to-point checkout, functional testing and on-site support through first production. Documentation included.

Industries

Where these systems run

Four sectors, one discipline. Hover a sector to see what we are typically asked to control.

  • Tank batteries
  • Saltwater disposal
  • LACT & flow measurement
  • Vapor recovery
  • Crusher circuits
  • Belt scales
  • Wash plants
  • Conveyor sequencing
  • Packaging lines
  • Palletizing cells
  • Batching & recipes
  • Downtime reporting
  • Lift stations
  • Chemical feed
  • Blower control
  • Telemetry & polling
How we work

Five steps, in order

The same sequence on every job, whether it's a two-day modification or a full skid.

  1. Scope

We walk the process with you, review existing drawings and code, and put the deliverables in writing before anyone quotes a number.

  2. Design

Control narrative, I/O list and architecture. You approve the approach before development starts, so there are no surprises at FAT.

  3. Develop

Logic and screens built and simulated off-site. Testing happens in the office, not on your production time.

  4. Commission

On-site checkout, loop verification and startup support until the system runs the way the narrative says it will.

  5. Support

Documented turnover package, and a phone number that gets answered when something changes six months later.
